QuartetES returns to Reykjavik

Iceland and US-based QuartetES returns to Reykjavik for an exciting new project!

QES brings 2 premieres to the stage of Harpa; a quartet by American composer Robert Carl, and the quartet version of Daniel Bjarnason's beautiful "Air to Breath." Also on the program: a quartet by Hildigunnur Rúnarsdóttir and the Quartet No. 1 of Bela Bartok. The Ensemble will also record Robert Carl's String Quartet No. 3. during their time in Iceland.
