Composer Scott Ordway’s newest full-length album, “The Clearing and the Forest” addresses the connections between landscape, migration, and refuge. It was released on April 14 and features the extraordinary @solichamber, on @acisproductions. The piece premiered in a staged version in 2019 with exquisite botanical sculptures by @ericaoeliot at the @mcnayart museum in San Antonio, TX. It was praised as “an immersive landscape” by The San Antonio Current and “complete and meaningful” by the San Antonio Express-News.
